There is also no published start and end date for Car Week as a whole. Pebble Beach lists its events individually and names no opening or closing day, so this page does not print a window either — the events above are what is actually known.
What the 76th Concours will show
The 2027 classes announced so far mark the centennial of Delage's Grand Prix–winning season, alongside Prewar Open-Front Town Cars, a class of Delahayes, and forty years of the Ferrari F40.

When tickets go on sale
Not yet, and the organisers have said when: "Tickets to the 2027 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance will become available in late 2026." Seven admission types are listed — General Admission, Club d'Elegance, The Venue Above the Concept Lawn, the Concours Gallery, The Pavilion, Patron's Patio and Chairman's Hospitality at The Lodge — with no prices published against any of them yet.
The Quail sells separately and has historically gone by application rather than open sale, but The Peninsula has published neither a 2027 date nor a ticketing route, so there is nothing to plan around there yet.
Where to stay
No official room block, group rate or hotel package is published for Car Week 2027 — not by the Concours and not by the Peninsula resorts. That absence is the useful part: there is no code to hunt for and no deadline to miss.
What that leaves is ordinary supply against the single busiest week of the Monterey year, which is why people book a year out. The Concours falls on Sunday 15 August, so the nights either side of it are the ones that go first.
Traffic and road patterns
The pattern repeats every year and is the one thing this page can say about 2027 without a new source: Highway 1, Ocean Avenue and the approaches to Pebble Beach and Laguna Seca slow to a crawl during peak event hours, and Concours Sunday is the worst of them.
Specific 2027 closures are published by the City of Carmel and Caltrans much closer to the week. Our traffic page carries them as they appear, alongside live incident status.

Monterey Car Week 2026: the full record
All 91 events from 7–16 August 2026, exactly as they ran — every concours, auction, rally and race, with venues, published times and which of the 22 were free for spectators. Kept complete because a prior year is how most people work out what a Car Week actually involves before committing to the next one.
How 2026 finished, for the record: 218 cars competed on the 18th fairway — 185 from 30 US states and 33 from 14 other countries — and Best of Show went to a 1935 Duesenberg SSJ Special Speedster shown by Harry Yeaggy of Cincinnati. The week raised over $4.3 million for charity, taking the Concours' cumulative total past $50.1 million. On the auction side Gooding Christie's alone took more than $159 million at a 94% sell-through, and a 1964 Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupe sold for nearly $43 million — the most valuable American car ever sold at auction.
